
Sunday Salad

Ingredients:
½ Cup boiling water
3oz Box of Lime Jello
½ Cup cold water
½ Cup Beamon's Ranch Dressing
½ Cup milnot
3ooz package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/3 Cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
½ Cup grated carrots
1/3 Cup chopped onions
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water and then add: cold water, Beamon's Ranch Dressing, milnot, and cream cheese. Stir to meld.
Then add: celery, pepper, carrots, onion, and salt
Put in refrigerator to thicken. Should be stirred once or twice before it sets.
Nice to serve on bed of red cabbage and can be topped off with Beamon's Ranch Dressing if desired.
