We moved into our new facility in Cincinnati, Ohio in October of 2002. Product safety is our #1 priority at O'Brian Brothers Foods. To ensure that our products are safe for our customers, we have implemented a very robust Quality Assurance System. This system includes Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP's), strict sanitation proceedures, third-party pest control service, independent quality and safety audits, employee training, and a spirit of continuous improvement.
In addition to our commitment to food safety, we are also committed to meeting or exceeding our customers expectations on product quality and service level. We did not have a single return of product in 2002 and our fill rate was over 99%!
